Booth Set-Up & Requirements

The conference main plenary and tradeshow is located in the St. John’s Convention Centre, 101 New Gower Street. You may ship your booth materials in advance of the conference to: CANADIAN AV INC. 22 Pearl Place, St. John’s, NL A1E 4P3. Please refer to the attachments for complete shipping details. Your booth number on the form is your company name. Shipments should arrive between September 13th and 15th ; no earlier than September 5th. Booth set up time at the convention centre is Monday, September 18, 2017 between 2:00PM and 6:00PM.

Booth Tear Down

Tear down is currently scheduled for Wednesday, September 20th from 5:30pm and 6:00pm (following the final exhibitor network session).

Additional Details

For marketing materials, we are anticipating 300 advisors.

Conference registration will be opening in the next few weeks. We will email you with the details closer to the date!
