There is no better way to explore St. John’s then a historic walking tour of the city’s downtown core. Starting at St. John’s Anglican Church, gain a true sense of St. John’s history as we visit several stops along the way, including the famous colourful homes on Jelly Bean Row and the National War Memorial. A short bus ride will take us to our next stop, the quaint village of Quidi Vidi. Enjoy lunch at the Mallard Cottage, an 18th century cottage recognized as a National Historic Site as being one of the oldest wooden buildings in North America. The Mallard Cottage is also one of the top 20 restaurants in Canada! After lunch, head over to the Quidi Vidi Brewery for local beer tasting including its famous Iceberg Beer. Brrr.
